When you have finished setting up your event, it is now time to share it with potential registrants. Your event website will be assigned a unique link you can provide to parents and volunteers. You can share this link on your Church/Organization's website, through social media, or on printed flyers, posters, or mailings. Follow the steps below to view and share your unique website link.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Event websites are assigned a randomized URL when created, which has not been previously assigned to any other events. As seen in the screenshot below, there is an Edit button available to customize the URL for your event website. If you choose to customize your website URL, any previously generated URL will display an error message. Additionally, if you are downloading a QR code for your event website, please make sure that any edits to your event website URL have been made PRIOR to downloading the QR code and providing that to your registrants. Step 1: Sign into VBS PRO and navigate to the Manage Event section for your event:
Step 2: Right-click the website URL and select Copy (or highlight the entire link hit CTRL+C on Windows or CMD+C on a Mac). If using a mobile device/touch screen, press and hold the website link to initiate the pop-up menu, then choose Copy.
Step 3: Right-click and select Paste ( or CTRL+V on Windows and CMD+V on a Mac) to paste the link into your Church/Organization Website, a social media post, in an email, promotional flyer, etc. If using a mobile device/touch screen, press and hold to initiate the pop-up menu within the field you would like this information to be displayed, then choose Paste.
