Auto Building Crews - VBS Pro Premium

Step 1: Click the "Build Crews" Tab

Step 2: Click the "Auto Build" Button

NOTE: This is an Auto Build and not an Auto Assign. So it will Build new Crews and fill them with participants. If you already built crews and do not want them to be deleted, be sure to Lock those crews before Auto Building. 

Step 3: Choose if You Want to Build by Single Age or Mixed Age

NOTE: The Mixed Age option will put Preschool and Kindergarten into crews together and the rest of the elementary grades together.

Step 4: Set the Maximum Crew Size

NOTE: Your crews will automatically fill to be this number and put any leftovers in their own crew. So if you had 20 participants and set your maximum crew size to be 6, you will get three crews of 6 and one crew of 2. You can drag the leftover 2 members to the other crews if you need.

Step 5: Review Your Auto Build

Step 6: Add Crew Leaders. Change the Left Menu to "Volunteers" and Drag and Drop Your Crew Leaders Into Each Crew
