Why is My Volunteer Registration Not Showing?

Wondering why your Volunteer Registration Form is not showing up on your event website? The most common reason is because you may not have added Volunteer Jobs and/or specified the number of positions available for those jobs.

Please follow the steps provided below to add Volunteer Jobs and to get the Register button for Volunteer Registrations to appear on your website!

Step 1: Click "Edit Event"

Step 2: Click on "Volunteers" in the left side menu

Step 3: Click "Add Another Job" 

Step 4: Add the Title of your new volunteer job or choose from our examples

Step 5: Add Job Description, number of volunteers needed, Start Date / End Date, and click "Save Job"

Step 6: View your event webpage to ensure the Volunteer Registration is appearing with a Register button
