How To Print a Blank Registration Form

Step 1: Click "Manage Participants" in the Left Menu on Your Dashboard

Note: Click "Manage Volunteers" if trying to print Volunteer Form

Step 2: Click "Edit Participant Registration Form"

Note: Click "Edit Volunteer Registration Form" for Volunteers

Step 3: Click "Print a Blank Form"
